We provide high quality rooms in South Shields in a number of locations available to rent by the month. Our minimum term is 6 months but it is rare that tenants don't request an extention, some up to 8 years!. We don't accept tenants without meeting and greeting and all tenants are full employed professionals.

Pets and smoking is not allowed as we seek to create a happy healthy environment with minimal allergy issues.
